Bloomington - Business Analyst

We are seeking a collaborative and innovative professional to join our team at our corporate office in Bloomington, IL as a Business Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data to develop and investigate potential solutions to organizational challenges.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights contributing to overall business objectives.
• Assist with the development and monitoring of key performance metrics for business units.
• Project and other work may be assigned based on the business needs of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, computer science, data analytics or related field and 0-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Prior experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel to collect and organize data is preferred.
• Capable of working independently with general supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Natural curiosity.
